About Me
I am currently serving as a lecturer in the Department of Management at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University, where I have been working for nearly two years. My academic responsibilities include teaching courses in Management and Human Resource Management (HRM), mentoring students, and actively contributing to departmental initiatives that promote an engaging and supportive learning environment. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality education, fostering critical and analytical thinking, and integrating practical HRM and management insights into classroom instruction. Alongside my teaching role, I am developing my research involvement in the areas of management and HRM, with the aim of contributing impactful scholarly work to the academic community.
