About Me

Md. Al-Amin is an emerging management scholar with expertise in Green HRM, Leadership, and Workforce Dynamics. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Management (On Study Leave) at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Management at the University of Texas at El Paso, USA. His academic journey reflects consistent excellence, including distinctions in both BBA (Management) and MBA (Human Resource Management) programs from the University of Chittagong.
His research papers appear in international journals such as Business Strategy & Development, Central European Management Journal, Studies in Business and Economics, Society & Sustainability, and others. He has reviewed manuscripts for the Journal of Cleaner Production and others. His current projects focus on meta-analysis, social network analysis, and workforce dynamics.
He has participated in multiple research seminars, symposia, and international academic conferences. These engagements demonstrate his commitment to ongoing learning and active participation in the global research community.
