About Me
Sayma Hossain Shetu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU), Bangladesh, where she has been teaching since 2018. With a strong academic background and a commitment to advancing management research, she explores how leadership practices influence organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, and how workforce dynamics shape modern business environments. Her research seeks to provide insights that help organizations cultivate effective leadership strategies and improve workplace culture. She is dedicated to fostering an engaging and collaborative learning environment, assisting students in developing practical skills and theoretical knowledge to succeed in leadership roles. Through mentorship and research guidance, she also supports the professional growth of her students.
